Sigard
A long time member of the mages' council which rules over the mages' island.
Sigard is one of the most knowledgeable mages in the mages' island, therefore he was appointed as the head of the academy of magic. It is his responsibility to train and educate of all the mages in the island. Also, the great library at the academy is under his charge.
The power of mages derives from their knowledge, thus Sigard is considered one of the most powerful mages.
